LA Scaffolding is a rapidly growing Scaffolding business based in Leeds West Yorkshire covering the North of England & Wales.
I founded the business because I saw a gap in the market for a Scaffolding firm that had customer service at it’s core. I’d heard and seen so many negative aspects of the scaffolding trade that I wanted to do something that was the total opposite and create a team that were reliable, courteous to customers and professional in the way they deal with customers.

Our 6 Part Scaffolding Project Process:
1) Initial call:
Comes through to Gary or Brett, we will discuss the scaffolding solution you need, the timeline you have in mind for the completion of the project and how we can help you in delivering to it. We will arrange a site visit to provide an estimate.
2) Site Visit:
Our Contracts Manager Brett will attend the site to assess the project in detail, provide an estimate on costs and how we can deliver so you are meeting your deadlines.
3) Project Installation:
The LA Scaffolding team will attend site and deliver a world class scaffolding solution, to us this means Health & Safety, customer service (to both our clients and your customers) and a reliable efficient service.
4) Customer Service Call:
Either Brett or Gary will call to ensure you are happy with the install.
5) Dismantling of Scaffolding:
The LA Scaffolding team will attend site to dismantle the scaffolding. All the while adhering to our Health & Safety and customer service code.
6) Customer Service Survey:
Either Brett or Gary will call to ensure you are happy with how the project has gone and to take any feedback for our next project.
